Las Vegas!

Last month I went to Las Vegas with my Dad and Brother to visit my grandparents; we had a lot of fun!! My grandma taught me how to make Kimchi we went out to eat and saw some of the sights!

The Las Vegas Temple is one of my favorites!

The sky was so pretty right before it stormed on us!

The Belagio gardens are my absolute favorite place!!

I was in love with the gardens this time, I loved the hot air balloons!!

This was the volcano show at the mirage, first time we have gone to see it!!

We rode the New York New York roller coaster for the first time.... I LOVED IT!!

Things to Think About!

  1. How old would you be if you didn’t know how old you are?
  2. Which is worse, failing or never trying?
  3. If life is so short, why do we do so many things we don’t like and like so many things we don’t do?
  4. When it’s all said and done, will you have said more than you’ve done?
  5. What is the one thing you’d most like to change about the world?
  6. Are you doing what you believe in, or are you settling for what you are doing?
  7. Have you been the kind of friend you want as a friend?
  8. What are you most grateful for?
  9. What is the difference between being alive and truly living?
  10. What do you love?  Have any of your recent actions openly expressed this love?

Twin Falls

I have found the city I want to live in one day!! It's perfect; the mountains and a river goes right through the city! There is a beautiful waterfall and a perfect bridge to go bungee jumping off! :)

Shosone Falls! We didn't actually go see the Twin Falls ;)

I want to try this one day!! :)

Best Spring Break EVER!! :)

Spring Break I went to California with my roommates; we had an AMAZING time!! :)

We even enjoyed our long car ride down... with entertaining pictures, pet zoo's at gas stations and lots and lots of music!!

Yes; This is a baby Zebra!! He was so adorable :)

We were not even in Disneyland... but we were SO excited to be holding our tickets... We had been dreaming about this day for a VERY long time!!!
We spent 3 Days in Disneyland and LOVED every minute we were there!! One day we went into the park at 7 am and stayed till midnight... It was exhausting but completely worth it!!
We probably went on Space Mountain ten times while
in Disneyland... I could ride  that ride all day long!!

We All LOVE taking Pictures....I had a hard time choosing, thus the reason for so many on here!
This was probably one of our favorite moments... Meeting Woody!! :D
We splurged and went out to eat at the Blue Bayou; the restaurant you see while riding
the Pirates of the Caribbean Ride!
It was worth every penny; the waiter spoiled us, the food was amazing and it was beautiful!

Sun Bathing at the Beach... We spent an entire day there; I absolutely Love the Ocean!!
Probably the Best part of the trip was seeing WICKED!!!! Best Broadway Show I have Ever Seen!! I loved every minute and wanted to sing along to all the songs... I want to see it again!!

My Plan B is God's Plan A

Ever since i was little I have made a plan, which usually includes about 10 years ahead in life! It's a curse of my OCD :)  However, lately I have been feeling as though I have gone down a different path, taken different turns, decisions my 15 year old self would not have seen coming.   I worry a lot about if what I am doing is best for me, if this is what will make me truly happy.

In church on Sunday my relief society president read us this story and i felt it went perfect with my life.

Welcome to Holland by Emily Perl Kingsley.

Most people go through life with wonderful exciting plans they hope to fulfill, it's like planning a fabulous vacation trip - to Italy. You buy a bunch of guide books and make your wonderful plans. The Coliseum. The Michelangelo David. The gondolas in Venice. You may learn some handy phrases in Italian. It's all very exciting. After months of eager anticipation, the day finally arrives. You pack your bags and off you go. Several hours later, the plane lands. The stewardess comes in and says, "Welcome to Holland."
"Holland?!?" you say. "What do you mean Holland?? I signed up for Italy! I'm supposed to be in Italy. All my life I've dreamed of going to Italy." But there's been a change in the flight plan. They've landed in Holland and there you must stay. The important thing is that they haven't taken you to a horrible, disgusting, filthy place, full of pestilence, famine and disease. It's just a different place. So you must go out and buy new guide books. And you must learn a whole new language. And you will meet a whole new group of people you would never have met. It's just a different place. It's slower-paced than Italy, less flashy than Italy. But after you've been there for a while and you catch your breath, you look around.... and you begin to notice that Holland has windmills....and Holland has tulips. Holland even has Rembrandts. But everyone you know is busy coming and going from Italy... and they're all bragging about what a wonderful time they had there. And for the rest of your life, you will say "Yes, that's where I was supposed to go. That's what I had planned."
And the pain of that will never, ever, ever, ever go away... because the loss of that dream is a very very significant loss. But... if you spend your life mourning the fact that you didn't get to Italy, you may never be free to enjoy the very special, the very lovely things ... about Holland.

The plans and decisions I have made were what I thought was my Plan A, but I currently feel as though I am living plan B.  However, because I have turned to my Heavenly Father and prayed about the paths I should be taking- It's wonderful to know that all along my plan B has his been his plan A.
